Für unseren Kunden, eine Privatklinik mitten im Herzen der Stadt Bern, suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson, die die Nacht zum Tag macht. Die Klinik ist mit dem ÖV sehr gut erreichbar. Sie gehört zu einer weltweit vertretenen Spitalgruppe und ist führend in den Fachgebieten Viszeralchirurgie, Herz- und Gefässchirurgie sowie Thoraxchirurgie. Am Morgen sehen Sie die, in das morgen Licht getauchten Alpen und können der Hauptstadt beim Erwachen zusehen. Unsere Ausschreibung richtet sich an belastbare Personen die ausschliesslich im Nachtdienst arbeiten wollen

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Wir suchen eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH vorzugsweise mit ein paar Jahren Erfahrung in der Berufswelt
  • Wenn Sie die Ausbildung im Ausland absolviert haben, sind Sie im Besitz der SRK-Anerkennung
  • Sie bringen Erfahrung in einem oder mehreren Fachbereichen mit
  • Sie arbeiten eigenständig und mit einem hohen Mass an Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Optimalerweise haben Sie schon in den Nachtschichten gearbeitet
  • Sie können mit sich schnell verändernden akut Situationen umgehen und lassen sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen

Aufgaben ##

Sie werden in den Nachtschicht Betrieb eingearbeitet. Danach sind Sie Verantwortlich für die Sicherstellung der Pflege und Betreuung der Patienten aus den Fachgebieten. Dazu gehören

  • Alle medizinaltechnischen Verrichtungen
  • Die fachspezifischen Überwachungen, Kontrollen, Dokumentationen etc.
  • Einhaltung der Richtlinien und Standards
