Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Psychiatrie oder der Langzeitpflege mit
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit, auch in herausfordernden Situationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren, sind für Sie selbstverständlich

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie übernehmen die fachgerechte und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten mit einer dementiellen Erkrankung
  • Sie schätzen unterschiedliche und komplexe Pflegesituationen professionell ein und leiten geeignete pflegerische Massnahmen ab
  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für den gesamten Pflegeprozess und gestalten diesen bedürfnis- und ressourcenorientiert
  • Sie begegnen herausfordernden Verhaltensweisen ruhig, wertschätzend und mit hoher fachlicher Kompetenz
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Berufsgruppen zusammen und bringen Ihre pflegerische Expertise aktiv in das interprofessionelle Team ein
  • Sie führen die Pflegedokumentation sorgfältig und tragen zur Sicherstellung sowie Weiterentwicklung einer hohen Pflegequalität bei
