Rund 80 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner leben hier in einem sicheren, gepflegten Umfeld. Rund 130 Mitarbeitende sorgen gemeinsam dafür, dass Qualität, Wertschätzung und Zusammenarbeit im Alltag gelebt werden. Ihre Aufgabe Als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für eine professionelle, bewohnerorientierte Pflege und Betreuung und bringen Ihre Fachkompetenz aktiv in den Pflegealltag ein. Konkret bedeutet das: Sie planen, steuern und evaluieren den Pflegeprozess fachlich fundiert Sie sind für die Erfassung der Pflegeleistungen verantwortlich (RAI LTCF Supervisorin oder Koordinatorin) Sie stellen eine hohe Pflegequalität sicher und setzen pflegerische Massnahmen kompetent um Sie begleiten Angehörige und Bezugspersonen kompetent, einfühlsam und verlässlich Sie sind eine fachliche Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stellen Sie übernehmen Haus\- und Tagesverantwortung und delegieren Aufgaben situationsgerecht Sie bringen sich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung des Teams und der Pflegequalität ein Als Ausbildungsbetrieb zählen wir auf Ihre Unterstützung in der Begleitung von Studierenden (HF Pflege, FA Langzeitpflege) Was Sie mitbringen Abgeschlossene Pflegeausbildung auf Tertiärstufe (HF, FH oder DNI/II) Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege von Vorteil, Weiterbildungen in Geriatrie, Demenz, Gerontopsychiatrie oder Palliative Care willkommen Erfahrung mit Leistungserfassung (z. B.
