Unser modern ausgebautes Dialysezentrum mit 15 Dialyseplätzen ist montags, mittwochs und freitags geöffnet. Für dieses spannende und dynamische Aufgabengebiet suchen wir per 1. Novemer 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine   Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH 40 - 80 % (Dialyse)

Ihre Herausforderung ##

  • individuelle Dialysefachpflege zur Erhaltung und Förderung der Unabhängigkeit und Selbständigkeit der Dialysepatienten
  • Planung, Durchführung, Betreuung und Dokumentation der Nierenersatztherapie von chronisch- und akutkranken Patient:innen mit nephrologischem Krankheitsbild
  • Handhabung und Bedienung modernster Dialysemaschinen
  • aktive Mitarbeit in der Weiterentwicklung des Dialyseprozesses

Ihr Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder ein gleichwertiges Diplom mit einer SRK - Anerkennung
  • Berufserfahrung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, vorzugsweise in der Akutpflege
  • Erfahrung in der Dialyse wäre wünschenswert oder die Bereitschaft eine fachspezifische Weiterbildung zu absolvieren
  • hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Belastbarkeit
  • teamfähige, motivierte, flexible, engagierte und empathische Persönlichkeit
