Nach Vereinbarung oder per sofort suchen wir für unser Team eine engagierte HF/FH 50% \-100% \- Fachmann/\-frau Gesundheit EFZ FaGe 50% \-100% Verantwortlichkeiten: Professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von Patienten in deren Zuhause Durchführung von medizinischen Behandlungen und Verabreichung von Medikamenten Erstellung und Umsetzung von Pflegeplänen Koordination mit anderen Gesundheitsdienstleistern Unterstützung der Patienten bei der Bewältigung des Alltags Anforderungen: Abschluss als Dipl.
