Die Laboro AG ist ein spezialisiertes Personalverleihunternehmen im Gesundheitswesen. Für einen unserer Kunden im Kanton Zürich suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte und herzliche Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Professionelle und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen, Patienten sowie Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Verantwortung für die Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Durchführung anspruchsvoller pflegerischer und medizinaltechnischer Massnahmen
  • Umsetzung ärztlicher Verordnungen und Koordination der erforderlichen Pflegemassnahmen
  • Erkennen und Beurteilen von Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustandes sowie Einleiten geeigneter Massnahmen
  • Fachgerechte und vollständige Pflegedokumentation
  • Beratung und Begleitung der betreuten Personen sowie deren Angehörigen
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen, Ärzten und weiteren Fachpersonen
  • Aktive Mitwirkung an einer hohen Pflege- und Betreuungsqualität

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Freude an der Pflege und am täglichen Kontakt mit Menschen
  • Berufserfahrung im Gesundheitswesen von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamgeist und eine positive Persönlichkeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
