Das Alterszentrum Heideweg in Brunnen ist ein innovativer und aktiver Betrieb der Gemeinde Ingenbohl und bietet 95 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern ein individuelles Zuhause. Es stellt gleichzeitig den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern der Liegenschaft Betreutes Wohnen mit 32 2.5-Zimmerwohnungen ein Beratungs- und Betreuungsangebot zur Verfügung. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH (60 - 100 %) für die Demenzabteilung

Das bewirken Sie bei uns

  • Sicherstellen einer professionellen Pflege und Betreuung im Bezugspersonensystem 
  • Erstellung der Pflegeplanung in kritischen und komplexen Pflegesituationen gemäss den Wünschen der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner sowie die Erfassung der pflegespezifischen Leistungen
  • Organisation der Arztvisite und der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Hausverantwortung als tertiäre Fachperson
  • Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung und Mitarbeit in Projekten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF / FH oder eine äquivalente Ausbildung
  • Freude an der Übernahme der fachlichen Führung und Verantwortung
  • Offene, empathische und initiative Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Sozialkompetenz, die sich gern für betagte Menschen einsetzt
  • Sehr gute mündliche und schriftliche Ausdrucksweise
