Ihre Aufgaben

- Umfassende Betreuung und Pflege von Patientinnen und Patienten

- Sicherstellung der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und Begleitung medizinischer Behandlungen

- Schulung und Unterstützung von Assistenz- und Pflegepersonal

- Dokumentation von Pflegeleistungen und Umsetzung von Verbesserungsmaßnahmen

- Aktive Beteiligung an der Weiterentwicklung des Pflegekonzepts

Ihr Profil

- Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Ausbildung

- Erfahrung im Akut- oder Langzeitbereich von Vorteil

- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und hohe Sozialkompetenz

- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
