Möchten Sie Pflege selbstständig gestalten und gleichzeitig Teil eines starken Teams sein? Die Universitätsklinik für Frauenheilkunde des Inselspitals Bern gehört zu den führenden medizinischen Zentren für Frauenheilkunde. In unserem gynäkologischen Ambulatorium begleiten wir Frauen in ganz unterschiedlichen Lebenssituationen -- von Vorsorge und gynäkologischen Beschwerden über Notfallsituationen bis hin zu spezialisierten Sprechstunden wie Endometriose, Dysplasie und Urogynäkologie.

Was unsere Arbeit besonders macht? Kein Tag ist wie der andere. Sie arbeiten selbstständig, übernehmen Verantwortung und bringen Ihre pflegerische Expertise aktiv in die interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit ein.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Sie beraten und begleiten Patientinnen telefonisch, führen Triagen durch und koordinieren die weitere Behandlung * Sie betreuen gynäkologische Notfallpatientinnen und leiten gemeinsam mit den diensthabenden Ärztinnen und Ärzten die notwendigen ersten Massnahmen ein * In unserem Interventionsraum übernehmen Sie vielseitige pflegerische Aufgaben wie Infusionstherapien, Port-a-Cath-Punktionen, Blutentnahmen und Wundbehandlungen * Im Bereich Urogynäkologie führen Sie selbstständig diagnostische und therapeutische Massnahmen durch * Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrung und Ihre Ideen ein und gestalten die Weiterentwicklung unseres Ambulatoriums aktiv mit

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Sie sind diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH und bringen idealerweise Erfahrung aus einem Akutspital und/oder der Gynäkologie mit * Eine Weiterbildung oder Erfahrung im Bereich Wundmanagement ist sehr willkommen * Sie arbeiten gerne selbstständig, übernehmen Verantwortung und behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn einmal viel gleichzeitig läuft * Sie mögen Abwechslung, sind flexibel und schätzen die Zusammenarbeit in einem interprofessionellen Umfeld * Sie kommunizieren sicher auf Deutsch und können sich auf Französisch verständigen. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus * Sie sind mit digitalen Arbeitsmitteln vertraut und erledigen die dazugehörenden administrativen Aufgaben zuverlässig
