Für eine moderne und etablierte Rehabilitationsklinik in der Region Thurgau suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH 80-100 % für den Fachbereich Akutgeriatrie.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Berufserfahrung in der Akutgeriatrie, Rehabilitation, Akutpflege oder Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an der interprofessionellen Zusammenarbeit

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie übernehmen die fachgerechte und ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in der Akutgeriatrie
  • Sie planen, steuern und evaluieren den Pflegeprozess selbstständig und stellen eine hohe Pflegequalität sicher
  • Sie fördern gezielt die Mobilität, Selbstständigkeit und vorhandenen Ressourcen der Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Sie führen pflegerische und medizinaltechnische Massnahmen entsprechend Ihrer Kompetenzen durch
  • Sie erkennen Veränderungen des Gesundheitszustandes frühzeitig und leiten die notwendigen Massnahmen ein
  • Sie begleiten Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörige kompetent und einfühlsam
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, der Physiotherapie, Ergotherapie und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen
