MediPersonal ist spezialisiert auf die Vermittlung hochqualifizierter Fachkräfte im Gesundheitswesen. Unser Kunde, ein renommiertes Akutspital in Zollikon, sucht eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%), die als Teamleiter/in einer Pflegeabteilung ihre Führungskompetenzen unter Beweis stellen möchte.

Ihre Aufgaben – Leitung mit Struktur und Verantwortung

- Führung und Förderung des Pflegeteams mit dem Ziel einer optimalen Patientenbetreuung

- Sicherstellung einer qualitativ hochwertigen Pflege unter Einhaltung aller aktuellen Standards

- Planung und Koordination von Arbeitsabläufen zur effizienten Nutzung der personellen und materiellen Ressourcen

- Begleitung und Entwicklung neuer Mitarbeitender, inklusive Coaching und fachlicher Anleitung

- Mitarbeit an strategischen Projekten zur Weiterentwicklung der Pflegeabteilung

Ihr Profil – Organisationstalent trifft Sozialkompetenz

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Akutbereich, idealerweise mit Führungserfahrung

- Kommunikations- und Konfliktfähigkeit, um ein harmonisches Teamklima zu schaffen

- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Belastbarkeit, auch in stressigen Situationen

- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen sowie eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise
