Pflegefachperson HF/FH – Beratung \& Qualitätsmanagement Pflege im Aussendienst \- Beratung \& Angehörigenpflege Bei uns geht’s um Angehörigenpflege Wir unterstützen Familien, die ihre Angehörigen zuhause pflegen. Deine Rolle ist dabei speziell: Du betreust deine eigenen Mitarbeitenden (pflegende Angehörige) Du zeigst ihnen, wie die Pflege richtig gemacht wird, erklärst Abläufe und bist ihre fachliche Ansprechperson Du stellst sicher, dass die Pflege qualitativ gut, sicher und korrekt durchgeführt wird Du bist regelmässig vor Ort, um zu begleiten und zu beraten Du dokumentierst und übernimmst die Fallführung deiner zugewiesenen Klienten : Du pflegst mit, aber vor allem coachst und führst du die Angehörigen in der Pflege. Was du bei uns machst: Du gehst zu Klient:innen nach Hause und schaust dir die Situation vor Ort an Du machst Bedarfsabklärungen und berätst, was wirklich gebraucht wird Du sorgst dafür, dass die Pflege gut organisiert und qualitativ hochwertig ist Du bist Ansprechperson für pflegende Angehörige: erklären, zeigen, unterstützen, Sicherheit geben Du dokumentierst sauber und sorgst dafür, dass alles rund läuft. Was du mitbringst: Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Erfahrung in Spitex/ambulant ist super Du redest gern mit Menschen und kannst Dinge verständlich erklären Du arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und zuverlässig Spitex\-Software kennst du oder lernst sie Du kannst mit dem Laptop gut umgehen Führerausweis Kat.
