Unsere spezialisierte Delir\-Unit mit 11 Betten vereint in einem überschaubaren Setting akutmedizinische Kompetenzen. Die Station gehört zur Fachdisziplin der Akutgeriatrie. Sie wurde für spitalbedürftige, betagte Menschen entwickelt, die an einer Demenz / Delir oder einer anderen Erkrankung leiden und gleichzeitig eine akute Beeinträchtigung der körperlichen Gesundheit aufweisen. Die Delir\-Unit ist nach den neusten Erkenntnissen und Bedürfnissen unserer Patientengruppe gestaltet und wurde erst kürzlich modernisiert. Als Pflegefachperson bei uns auf der Delir\-Unit erhalten Sie die Chance in einem kleinen Team Grosses zu bewirken. Sie beraten und unterstützen Pflegefachpersonen sowie Pflegeteams in pflegefachlichen Fragestellungen, fördern eine qualitativ hochwertige Pflege nach aktuellen Standards und beziehen bei Bedarf die Stationsleitung oder die Pflegeexpertin APN mit ein. Als Pflegefachperson bei uns auf der Delir\-Unit erhalten Sie die Chance in einem kleinen Team Grosses zu bewirken. Zwei Bürotage im Monat Teilnahme am monatlichen Fachforum Durchführen von Pflegefachgesprächen /Fallbesprechungen im Team Durchführen von Kurzschulungen im Team Mitwirken bei Schulungen Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Pflegeexpertinnen Lust auf einen Einblick?
