Unsere Pflegefachkräfte sind die unmittelbaren Ansprechpersonen während dem Aufenthalt unserer rund 96'000 Patient:innen pro Jahr. Sie sind für die fachliche und individuelle Betreuung zuständig. Im Mittelpunkt der Betreuung stehen immer das Wohlbefinden und die Wiedererlangung der Selbständigkeit unserer Patient:innen. Der Pflegedienst ist eng vernetzt mit allen Bereichen des Spitals und arbeitet eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, den Therapien sowie den anderen Bereichen zusammen.

Es erwartet Sie eine interessante, vielseitige Aufgabe in einem sich weiter entwickelnden Arbeitsumfeld. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, Ihre Fachkenntnisse in den verschiedenen Gebieten umzusetzen. Wir wenden das Bezugspflegesystem an und arbeiten mit elektronischen Pflegedokumentationen. Eine sorgfältige Einführung und Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten unterstützen Sie bei der beruflichen Entwicklung.

  • Pflege von Patienten mit fachlichen Schwerpunkten der Chirurgie
  • Fachgerechte und individuelle Patientenbetreuung in komplexen Pflegesituationen als Bezugsperson
  • Umfassende Austrittsplanung
  • Begleitung der Angehörigen
  • Tagesbezugsperson für Lernende und Studierende (HF, FH, FaGe)
  • Bereitschaft für Einsätze im 3-Schicht-Betrieb (auch Wochenende und Nachtdienst)

Sie

  • haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • weisen eine Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege in der Schweiz. Dies ist von Vorteil.
  • verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
