Med Ipersonal ist ein Temporärbüro, das sich auf die Vermittlung von qualifizierten Fachkräften in der Medizinbranche spezialisiert hat.

Für unsere Kunden, führende Spitäler und Altersheime in Richterswil, suchen wir eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (80-100%), die mit Herz und Fachwissen zur optimalen Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten beiträgt.

Ihre Aufgaben – Betreuung auf höchstem Niveau

- Professionelle und individuelle Pflege von Patientinnen und Patienten entsprechend ihrem Gesundheitszustand

- Koordination und Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses in Abstimmung mit dem interdisziplinären Team

- Begleitung und Beratung der Angehörigen im Pflegeprozess

- Mitwirkung an der Qualitätssicherung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Pflegeabläufe

- Unterstützung und Anleitung von Assistenz- und Fachpersonal

Ihr Profil – Ihr Beitrag für eine ganzheitliche Versorgung

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH

- Erfahrung in der Akutpflege oder Langzeitpflege von Vorteil

- Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Freude am interdisziplinären Arbeiten

- Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung und Teilnahme an Fortbildungen

- Patientenorientierte und empathische Arbeitsweise
