Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Erfahrung in der (Alters-)Psychiatrie oder Langzeitpflege erwünscht
  • Empathie und Verständnis für die Bedürfnisse älterer Menschen
  • Selbständige, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Geduld, Belastbarkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz

Aufgaben ##

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung von Patient:innen im alterspsychiatrischen Setting
  • Begleitung von Menschen mit Demenz, Depression, Delir oder anderen psychischen Erkrankungen im höheren Lebensalter
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Sozialdienst
  • Dokumentation und Qualitätssicherung im Pflegeprozess
