Für eine spezialisierte Wohn- und Betreuungseinrichtung im psychiatrischen Bereich suchen wir eine engagierte Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH. Sie begleiten erwachsene Menschen mit psychischen Beeinträchtigungen individuell und ressourcenorientiert im Alltag und fördern mit Ihrer Fachkompetenz deren Stabilität, Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Psychiatrie, Langzeitpflege oder sozialpsychiatrischem Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie wertschätzender Umgang mit Menschen in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und reflektierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten

Aufgaben ##

  • Individuelle Pflege, Betreuung und Begleitung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen
  • Übernahme der Fallführung und selbstständige Steuerung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation bedarfsgerechter Pflege- und Betreuungsschwerpunkte
  • Ressourcenorientierte Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und sozialer Teilhabe
  • Enge interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit medizinischen, therapeutischen und weiteren Fachbereichen
  • Professionelle Begleitung in Krisensituationen und gemeinsames Erarbeiten geeigneter Lösungswege
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten Pflegedokumentation und kontinuierlichen Pflegequalität
  • Fachliche Begleitung und Unterstützung von Lernenden und Studierenden
