Für eine hochspezialisierte Akutklinik mit den Schwerpunkten Herzchirurgie, Neurochirurgie, Kardiologie und Elektrophysiologie suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH für den Einsatz im Bereich IMC und auf der Pflegestation. Die Klinik verfügt über mehr als 50 Betten, mehrere Operationssäle - darunter einen modernen Hybrid-OP, ein Herzkatheterlabor sowie umfassende Möglichkeiten zur Überwachung und Beatmung. Es erwartet Sie ein anspruchsvolles und vielseitiges Arbeitsumfeld auf höchstem fachlichem Niveau, geprägt von modernster Infrastruktur und einer exzellenten interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK-Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • IMC Schein von Vorteil aber nicht zwingend
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem artverwandten Fachbereich in einem Schweizer Akutspital
  • Motivation, sich in ein neues Betätigungsfeld einzuarbeiten sowie Eigeninitiative in der Pflege- und Betreuungstätigkeit
  • Ausgeprägte fachliche Kompetenz sowie soziale Stärke im interdisziplinären sowie interprofessionellen Umfeld
  • Freude an konstruktiver Zusammenarbeit mit Team, Abteilungs- und Pflegedienstleitung sowie ärztlichem Dienst

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie arbeiten aktiv in der direkten Pflege auf einer Station mit angegliederter IMC-Einheit mit
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung für eine vollständige, präzise und fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • Sie pflegen eine konstruktive und kollegiale Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team sowie mit den beteiligten Querschnittsdiensten
