Für unseren Pflegepool in der Ostschweiz suchen wir engagierte Dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH (m/w/d) für flexible Einsätze in verschiedenen Akutspitälern. Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (Bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Erfahrung in verschiedenen Fachbereichen innerhalb eines Akutspitals
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
  • Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Bereitschaft verschiedene Dienste zu übernehmen (Früh-, Spät- und Nachtdienste)

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachgerechte und individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in verschiedenen Fachbereichen der Akutversorgung
  • Selbstständige Planung, Durchführung und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Aktive Zusammenarbeit mit Pflege, Medizin, Therapie und weiteren Berufsgruppen
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards
  • Kompetente Begleitung und Beratung von Patientinnen, Patienten und deren Angehörigen
  • Sorgfältige und lückenlose Pflegedokumentation sowie kontinuierliche Überprüfung der vereinbarten Pflegeziele
