Die ganzheitliche und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden sowie die Förderung einer professionellen Pflege ist für uns von zentraler Bedeutung. Das Alters\- und Pflegeheim Grünhalde in Zürich\-Seebach bietet 90 betagten Menschen ein Zuhause.

Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit Fachverantwortung \& Hygiene (80\-100%) ========================================================================

Was dich bei uns erwartet

  • Übernahme einer fachlichen Schwerpunktverantwortung , z. B. in RAI, Pflegeprozess, Visiten, Kinästhetik, Palliative Care, Validation oder Demenz
  • Fachliche Begleitung der Mitarbeitenden bei komplexen Pflege\- und Betreuungssituationen
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Fallbesprechungen sowie Unterstützung der Bezugspflege
  • Begleitung von Arztvisiten , Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung der Massnahmen sowie bei Gesprächen mit Bewohnenden und Angehörigen
  • Fachliche Begleitung bei palliativen und herausfordernden Situationen
  • Übernahme der Hygieneverantwortung inklusive Schulung, Beratung und Überprüfung der Hygienevorgaben
  • Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätsentwicklung , bei Standards, Konzepten, Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung der verschiedenen Abteilungen sowie Begleitung von Lernenden und neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, APN, Angehörigen und weiteren Fachpersonen

Worauf wir zählen

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson FH/HF oder vom SRK anerkanntes äquivalentes Diplom
  • RAI\-LTCF Erfahrung
  • Hygieneaffinität sowie Interesse an Infektionsprävention und Qualitätssicherung
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens Niveau B2\)
  • Natürliche, warmherzige und humorvolle Persönlichkeit, die unser Team bereichert
