aprioris ist ein wachsendes Unternehmen im Bereich der medizinischen Grundversorgung. An derzeit neun Standorten in vier Kantonen bieten wir Patient:innen raschen Zugang zu einer professionellen Erstversorgung. Unser Angebot basiert auf einem ärztlichen Delegationsmodell:

Erfahrene Pflegefachpersonen übernehmen die Untersuchung und Behandlung eigenständig, während Ärzt:innen bei Bedarf unterstützend beigezogen werden. So können viele einfache medizinische Beschwerden direkt und angemessen behandelt und gleichzeitig Hausarztpraxen sowie Notfallstrukturen entlastet werden.

Bei aprioris gibt es keine Schichtarbeit, keine Sonntagsarbeit und alle Mitarbeiter:innen haben frei an allen gesetzlichen Feiertagen gemäss Arbeitsort.

Für unseren neuen Standort in der Oldstation 1893 in Thun suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung Verstärkung:

Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH mit NDS / Klinische/-r Fachspezialist/-in (50 - 100%)

In unserer aprioris Soforthilfe-Praxis Thun betreust Du Patient:innen bei einfachen medizinischen Fragestellungen. Auf Basis validierter Abläufe übernimmst Du die Anamnese, Untersuchung, Behandlung sowie Beratung innerhalb eines klar definierten Leistungsangebots.

Du wirst das Gesicht unseres aprioris Standort-Teams und erhältst viel Gestaltungsspielraum beim Aufbau des Standorts in Thun, mit dem mittelfristigen Ziel, dort zwei Behandlungsräume zu betreiben. Du arbeitest selbständig in Delegation eines Fachärzte-Teams, das Dir im Hintergrund jederzeit beratend und unterstützend zur Verfügung steht. Auch die Team-Kolleg:innen von den anderen Standorten stehen Dir jederzeit unterstützend zur Seite.

Was bringst Du mit?

Ausbildung: 

Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH idealerweise mit NDS, Ausbildung als Klinische:r Fachspezialist:in.

Erfahrung: 

Mindestens fünf Jahre Berufserfahrung. Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Notfall, Permanence oder auf einer Akutstation werden vorausgesetzt.

Persönlichkeit: 

Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit in hektischen und unvorhersehbaren Situationen, hohe Serviceorientierung und unternehmerisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit sowie selbständiges, organisiertes und zielgerichtetes Arbeiten, Mobilität innerhalb eines definierten örtlichen und zeitlichen Rahmens zwischen den Standorten.

Mündliche Grundkenntnisse in Englisch sind erforderlich, weitere Sprachen sind sehr willkommen.
