Der Effingerhort oberhalb von Holderbank AG ist eine Einrichtung der Von Effinger Stiftung für stationäre Suchttherapie im Kanton Aargau. Gesundheitlich, psychisch und sozial beeinträchtigte Menschen mit einem langjährigen Alkohol\- oder Drogenhintergrund werden mit einem niederschwelligen Konzept professionell begleitet. Zusätzlich zu den abstinenzorientierten Wohnangeboten führen wir ein spezialisiertes Pflegeheim mit kontrollierter Alkoholabgabe (kT55\+).

Zur Verstärkung unseres Nachtdienstes suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit als

Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH Nachtwache (80–100 %) --------------------------------------------------------

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohnenden während der
  • Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess und eine fachgerechte Dokumentation im EasyDOK
  • Selbstständiges Erkennen und Einschätzen gesundheitlicher, psychiatrischer und suchtbedingter Veränderungen
  • Professioneller Umgang mit Krisen\- und Notfallsituationen
  • Förderung von Sicherheit, Orientierung und Wohlbefinden während der
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Tagesdiensten und dem interdisziplinären Team
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Nachtorganisation
  • Übernahme von Pikettdiensten gemäss Einsatzplanung

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie, Suchthilfe und/oder Langzeitpflege von Vorteil
  • Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten und verantwortungsvollen Entscheidungen
  • Bereitschaft zur Übernahme von Pikettdiensten
  • Hohe Fach\-, Sozial\- und Selbstkompetenz
  • Belastbare, lösungsorientierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
  • Gute IT\-Anwenderkenntnisse (EasyDOK von Vorteil)
