Für den Bereich Spitex suchen wird per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine verantwortungs\-volle Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF ohne Fallführung.

Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen während ihres Einsatzes die Abendverantwortung für das Abendteam und die Kund\*innen des Gebiets.
  • Sie stellen die qualifizierte und ressourcenorientierte Pflege und Betreuung unserer Kund\*innen sicher.
  • Sie unterstützen und leiten Kund\*innen und deren Angehörige an, auch in komplexen Situationen.
  • Sie leisten Piketteinsätze mit telefonischer Fachverantwortung.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Tertiärstufe wie Dipl. Pflegefachperson FH/HF oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Freude und Interesse am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Anwendungskenntnisse in MS\-Office und Perigon von Vorteil
  • Führerausweis Kat. B, Auto von Vorteil
