Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH, die unser Pool-Team im Akutbereich verstärken und eine wichtige Rolle in der professionellen Pflege sowie Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten übernehmen möchten. Die Einsätze erfolgen in unterschiedlichen Bereichen im Akutbereich - unter anderem in chirurgischen und internistischen Fachgebieten - in einem modernen Umfeld in einer gut erreichbaren Region mit hoher Lebensqualität.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige Anerkennung
  • Erfahrung im Akutbereich
  • Offene, motivierte und hilfsbereite Persönlichkeit, die ein bestehendes Team tatkräftig unterstützen möchte
  • Freude an abwechslungsreichen Einsätzen und neuen Herausforderungen
  • Rasche Auffassungsgabe, selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Pflege und Betreuung unterschiedlicher Patientengruppen im Akutbereich
  • Verantwortung für den Pflegeprozess sowie eine professionelle Pflegedokumentation
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Pflegequalität und Patientensicherheit
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit ÄrztInnen, TherapeutInnen und anderen Fachpersonen
