Für die Stadt Zürich, das Unterland, das Oberland sowie die Region Winterthur suchen wir dipl. Pflegefachpersonen HF/FH Psychiatrie im Stundenlohn mit einem Pensum von 50–80%. Bei uns gestaltest du deinen Arbeitsalltag weitgehend selbstständig und betreust deine Klient:innen möglichst in deiner Region. Wir setzen auf Vertrauen, Eigenverantwortung und eine moderne Form der ambulanten psychiatrischen Pflege. Deine Aufgaben Selbstständige Begleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen in ihrem persönlichen Lebensumfeld Übernahme von Fallführungen und Steuerung des psychiatrischen Pflegeprozesses Psychiatrische Abklärungen, Beratung und pflegerisch\-therapeutische Gespräche Unterstützung bei Krisen, Stabilisierung und Erarbeitung individueller Bewältigungsstrategien Förderung von Selbstständigkeit, Ressourcen und gesellschaftlicher Teilhabe Beratung und Einbezug von Angehörigen und Bezugspersonen Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzt:innen, Psychotherapeut:innen, Kliniken, Behörden und weiteren Fachstellen Selbstständige Planung und Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen Aktive Mitgestaltung einer modernen ambulanten psychiatrischen Versorgung Das bringst du mit Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH Berufserfahrung in der Psychiatrie oder entsprechende psychiatrische Erfahrung bzw.
