Für eine moderne Institution in der Stadt St. Gallen, die auf das Wohnen und die Begleitung von Menschen mit langjährigen Suchterkrankungen spezialisiert ist, suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH für einen vielseitigen temporären Einsatz.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die SRK Anerkennung vorausgesetzt)
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege mit spezifischem Vorwissen im Bereich Suchterkrankungen von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse im psychiatrischen Umfeld sind willkommen, jedoch keine Voraussetzung
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit einer wertschätzenden Haltung gegenüber Bewohnenden, Angehörigen und Mitarbeitenden

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie übernehmen die ganzheitliche und individuelle Pflege sowie Betreuung der Bewohnenden im Rahmen des Bezugspersonensystems
  • Sie führen die Ihnen anvertrauten Fälle und koordinieren die Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen sowie interdisziplinären Fachpersonen
  • Sie planen, gestalten und evaluieren den Pflegeprozess bedarfsgerecht und ressourcenorientiert
  • Sie gewährleisten eine fachlich kompetente, professionelle und qualitativ hochwertige Pflege
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Aktivierungs- und Betreuungsteam zusammen und tragen damit zur bestmöglichen Lebensqualität der Bewohnenden bei
  • Sie bringen Ihre Erfahrung und Ihre Ideen aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung von Pflegeprozessen und Qualitätsstandards ein
  • Sie übernehmen Einsätze im regulären Schichtbetrieb und sorgen gemeinsam mit dem Team für eine kontinuierliche Betreuung
