Deine Aufgaben --------------

* Fachliche, personelle und organisatorische Führung eines Pflegeteams mit rund 15 Mitarbeitenden

* Mitwirkung bei der Rekrutierung neuer Mitarbeitender sowie Verantwortung für deren Einführung

* Sicherstellung einer optimalen Pflege\- und Betreuungsqualität von 16 Bewohnenden, basierend auf dem Pflegekonzept

* Planung, Koordination und Organisation der Abläufe im Tagesgeschehen

* Verantwortlich für die Dienstplangestaltung

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Pflegeprozessen sowie gesetzlicher, fachlicher und interner Standards und Vorgaben

* Unterstützung und Coaching der Mitarbeitenden, Vorbildfunktion und Motivation des Teams

* Ansprechperson für Bewohnende und deren Angehörige

* Ansprechperson für interne und externe Stellen sowie Ärzte

* Erstellung und Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Pflegedokumentation

* Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität und der Prozesse

* Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Wohnbereichsleitungen, der Pflegedienstleitung, der Geschäftsführung und interprofessionellen Teams

* Teilnahme an Sitzungen des Leitungsteams Pflege

* Durchführung von Teamsitzungen, Mitarbeitendengesprächen sowie Qualifikationen

* Ungefähre Aufteilung der Aufgaben: 80 % Pflege am Bett / 20 % Führungs\- und Administrationsaufgaben

Das bringst du mit ------------------

* Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH

* Abgeschlossene Führungsausbildung (zwingend)

* Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Funktion (zwingend), idealerweise 3\-5 Jahre

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der geriatrischen Langzeitpflege

* Empathische, strukturierte sowie qualitäts\- und prozessorientierte Führungspersönlichkeit

* Kenntnisse im Bereich RAI\-LTCF von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit elektronischer Pflegedokumentation, PEP und den gängigen EDV\-Anwendungen

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mindestens Niveau B2\)

* Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie eine wertschätzende und klare Kommunikation

* Selbständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln

* Freude an der Führung eines Teams sowie an einer interprofessionellen

* Zusammenarbeit mit hoher Pflegequalität

* Belastbarkeit sowie die Fähigkeit, auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick zu behalten
