Im Aventin, mitten im Herzen von Zürich, begleiten wir mit viel Engagement und Teamspirit rund 120 ältere Menschen in unterschiedlichen Wohnformen, vom individuellen Wohnen über Wohnen mit Pflege bis hin zum begleiteten Wohnen für Menschen mit Demenz. Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung zur Ergänzung unseres Nachtwacheteams eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF im Nachtdienst. Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF im Nachtdienst 50\-60% Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören: Du führst zusammen mit einer weiteren Nachtwache eine individuelle Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern während der Nacht durch Du führst die elektronische Pflegedokumentation im ePDok Durch kooperatives Verhalten und persönliches Engagement leistest Du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Förderung einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit dem Tagdienst So wirst Du bei uns erfolgreich: Pflegefachausbildung auf Tertiärstufe (HF, DNII) mit anerkanntem CH\-Abschluss Erhöhte Praxis\- und Umsetzungskenntnisse, vorzugsweise in Langzeitpflege und Geriatrie Kenntnisse im RAI\-NH\-System oder Bereitschaft diese zu erwerben Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Pflege\- und Betreuungskonzepten wie z.B.: Kinästhetik, Bobath, basale Stimulation und Validation Gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten; gute Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich) Hohe Kundenorientiertheit und gute Umgangsformen Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit Unsere Vorteile für Dich: Bei uns steht Teamarbeit und ein angenehmes Arbeitsklima an erster Stelle.
