Unser Auftraggeber ist eine etablierte Spitex-Organisation, die in ihrer Region professionelle Pflege- und Betreuungsdienstleistungen für Menschen zu Hause erbringt. Das Unternehmen befindet sich in einer spannenden Phase der Organisationsentwicklung und setzt dabei auf moderne Strukturen, Qualität und ein engagiertes Team. Zur Verstärkung des Pflegeteams suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine dipl. Pflegefachperson HF. Deine Aufgaben

  • Steuerung und Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses bei Klienten zu Hause
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Fachstellen, Ärzten, Krankenkassen und Behörden
  • Fachliche Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende FaGe, AGS und SRK
  • Selbständige Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege gemäss Pflegeplan
  • Weiterentwicklung von fachlichen Schwerpunktthemen
  • Mitarbeit an Projekten und Optimierung von Prozessen
  • Mitwirkung bei Sicherstellung von Qualität, Hygiene und Arbeitssicherheit

  • Kenntnisse in gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
  • Führerschein Kategorie B
  • Fröhliche, positive Art für gute Betriebskultur
  • Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit an Projekten und Prozessoptimierung
