Aufgaben ##

  • Sie betreuen und pflegen die Bewohnenden individuell und ressourcenorientiert im Bezugspersonensystem.
  • Sie tragen die Verantwortung für den Betreuungs- und Pflegeprozess und übernehmen die Tagesverantwortung.
  • Sie führen die Betreuungs- und Pflegedokumentation, planen Pflegemassnahmen anhand des Pflegeprozesses und bringen Ihr Fachwissen und Ihre Erfahrung im Langzeitbereich ein.
  • Sie engagieren sich in der Angehörigenarbeit und beteiligen sich aktiv an Teamsitzungen, Projekten und Arbeitsgruppen.
  • Sie gestalten und entwickeln den Bereich Betreuung und Pflege mit.

Profil ##

  • Empathische Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter Menschenorientierung
  • Begeisterung für eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, kombiniert mit Teamgeist und Engagement
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson (HF/FH/DNII) mit SRK-Anerkennung für Diplome aus dem Ausland
  • Hervorragende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ausgezeichnete kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, die Fähigkeit zum vernetzten Denken und hohe Belastbarkeit
