Als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau HF / diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der ambulanten psychiatrischen Betreuung. Du führst eigene Fälle, begleitest und berätst Patientinnen und Patienten mit sozialpsychiatrischem Schwerpunkt und bringst deine Fachkompetenz aktiv in die individuelle Behandlung ein.

  • Planung und Durchführung professioneller pflegerischer Tätigkeiten sowie Übernahme der Bezugspersonenarbeit im ambulanten Setting

  • Erfahrung in der Bezugspersonenpflege sowie idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten und/oder stationären Psychiatrie
