Für eine moderne ambulante Pflegeorganisation in der Region Luzern suchen wir eine engagierte Pflegefachperson HF Fachrichtung Psychiatrie. Sie begleiten Menschen mit psychiatrischen Erkrankungen im ambulanten Umfeld und übernehmen eine verantwortungsvolle Tätigkeit mit viel Selbstständigkeit und Gestaltungsspielraum. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Arbeitsumfeld mit geregelten Arbeitszeiten von Montag bis Freitag, attraktiven Anstellungsbedingungen sowie vielseitigen Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten. Eine professionelle Einführung sowie ein wertschätzendes und dynamisches Team runden das Angebot ab.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder gleichwertige tertiäre Pflegeausbildung
  • Mindestens zwei Jahre Berufserfahrung im psychiatrischen Bereich (stationär)
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und exakte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz und Freude an einem lebhaften Arbeitsumfeld
  • Qualitätsbewusstsein und professionelles Auftreten

Aufgaben ##

  • Beratung und Begleitung von Klientinnen und Klienten jeden Alters mit psychiatrischen Diagnosen
  • Durchführung von Bedarfsabklärungen sowie Begleitung therapeutischer Prozesse
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärztinnen und Ärzten, Spitälern sowie weiteren Fachstellen
  • Umsetzung ärztlich verordneter Massnahmen im ambulanten psychiatrischen Umfeld
  • Begleitung und Unterstützung von Angehörigen
  • Dokumentation und Sicherstellung eines professionellen Pflegeprozesses
  • Mitwirkung im Recovery-Angebot gemeinsam mit spezialisierten Fachpersonen
