Teamleitung (70–100%) – Pflege mit Weitblick (a) Deine Mission: Ganzheitliche Pflege \& Verantwortung In dieser vielseitigen Rolle bist du weit mehr als eine Fachkraft – du bist Bezugsperson und Mitgestalter/in: Pflegeprozess: Du verantwortest die ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohner/innen und steuerst den gesamten Pflegeprozess (inkl. Bedarfsabklärungen). Fachverantwortung: Du übernimmst die Tages\- und Fachverantwortung und fungierst als Stellvertretung der Teamleitung. Koordination: Du planst und begleitest Arztvisiten und leitest interne Rapporte sowie Fachgespräche. Entwicklung: Du wirkst aktiv an der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität mit und unterstützt bei internen sowie externen Events. Dein Profil: Fachkompetenz mit Herz Du bist eine ausgeglichene Persönlichkeit, die auch in hektischen Momenten den Überblick behält: Qualifikation: Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF (oder eine gleichwertige, SRK\-anerkannte Ausbildung). Erfahrung: Mehrjährige Berufspraxis, idealerweise mit fundierten Kenntnissen in der Langzeitpflege. Skills: Stilsicheres Deutsch, versierter Umgang mit MS\-Office und die Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Schichteinsätzen. Soft Skills: Du bist dienstleistungsorientiert, zuverlässig und verfügst über das nötige Fingerspitzengefühl sowie eine gesunde Portion Humor.
