Pflegefachperson IMC, AWR und Notfall Die Stiftung stellt mit mehr als 600 Mitarbeitenden im Spital Schiers, den drei Altersheimen Schiers, Jenaz und Klosters, der Spitex, Wohnen mit Service, der Kinderkrippe, der Elternberatung und dem Medizinischen Zentrum Klosters eine umfassende und integrierte Gesundheitsversorgung im Prättigau zwischen Grüsch und Klosters sicher. Unser Spital in Schiers ist ein modernes Akutspital der Grundversorgung mit einer interdisziplinären Station mit 41 Betten für die Kliniken Chirurgie, Medizin, Gynäkologie und Geburtshilfe, einer ambulanten Tagesklinik, dem Notfall und der zertifizierten Intermediate Care Station (IMC). Für unser Aufwachraum (AWR), die IMC und den Notfall suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson IMC, AWR und Notfall 80 \- 100% Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören: Postoperative Pflege und Überwachung von Patient\*innen im Bereich AWR Information und Instruktion der ambulanten Patient\*innen über das Verhalten nach der Operation Umfassende Pflege und Überwachung von Risikopatient\*innen im Bereich IMC Umfassende Erstversorgung der Notallpatient\*innen Ihr Profil: Berufsausbildung als Dipl.
