Auf der Kriseninterventionsstation beim Universitären Psychiatrischen Zentrum Bern hilfst du Erwachsenen in akuten psychischen Ausnahmezuständen, wieder Stabilität und Orientierung zu finden. Am UPZ-Standort beim Inselspital bieten wir spezialisierte Versorgungsangebote für Erwachsene in psychosozialen Krisen. In diesem dynamischen Umfeld übernimmst du Verantwortung, setzt Impulse und gestaltest eine Station mit, auf der schnelle Entscheidungen, fachliche Exzellenz und menschliche Nähe gleichermassen gefragt sind. Dein Fachwissen, deine Empathie und dein Engagement machen hier jeden Tag den Unterschied - für Patientinnen und Patienten, für das Team und für die Zukunft moderner psychiatrischer Versorgung.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du pflegst und betreust Menschen in akuten Krisen im akut-psychiatrischen Umfeld
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung und koordinierst pflegerische, pädagogische und therapeutische Behandlungen, um die Patientinnen und Patienten individuell zu fördern und zu unterstützen
  • Du leitest milieutherapeutische Aktivitäten und Gruppen
  • Du arbeitest an Projekten zur Qualitätsförderung und -sicherung mit
  • Du wirkst bei präventiven, diagnostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen aktiv mit

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson FH / HF und bringst idealerweise bereits Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit psychisch erkrankten Menschen mit
  • Du arbeitest gerne interdisziplinär und hast ein hohes Mass an Sozial- und Selbstkompetenz
  • Du begleitest Menschen in akuten Krisen gerne sowie pflichtbewusst und behältst auch in hektischen Situationen die Ruhe
  • Du bist motiviert, dich in ein dynamisches Umfeld einzubringen und dich beruflich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Du verfügst über gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Das UPZ Das Universitäre Psychiatrische Zentrum Bern (UPZ) ist als universitäre Klinik das führende Kompetenzzentrum für Psychiatrie und Psychotherapie in der Hauptstadtregion. Es gewährleistet die psychiatrische Versorgung im Kanton Bern entlang der gesamten Versorgungskette, von der Früherkennung über ambulante, tagesklinische und stationäre Therapien bis hin zu Rehabilitation und Forensik. Mit über 30 Standorten bietet das UPZ ein flächendeckendes Versorgungsnetz. Darüber hinaus leistet das UPZ einen wichtigen Beitrag in den Bereichen Lehre, Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie Forschung.
