Die Siloah Langzeit bietet an den Standorten Gümligen, Kühlewil und Köniz pflegebedürftigen älteren Menschen, Menschen mit Behinderungen sowie Personen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen eine umfassende Betreuung. Das Angebot umfasst die Alterspflege in Alterswohngruppen – inklusive spezialisierter Angebote für Menschen mit Demenz, Suchterkrankungen oder gerontopsychiatrischen Bedürfnissen – sowie die Pflege in neurologischen Wohngruppen. ### Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Sie stellen eine individuelle und professionelle Pflege und Betreuung unter Berücksichtigung der Bedürfnisse von unseren Bewohner:innen sicher
  • Sie helfen mit beim Organisieren und Koordinieren der Arbeitsabläufe und Aktivitäten sowie bei der Pflegeeinstufung (RAI)
  • Sie übernehmen die Tagesverantwortung
  • Sie wirken mit bei der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapien, der Aktivierung sowie dem Case Management
  • Sie sind mitverantwortlich für die Umsetzung einer guten Pflegequalität auf der Wohngruppe und in der Q-Gruppe

Ihr Profil

  • Sie haben die Ausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF oder eine gleichwertige, anerkannte Fachausbildung absolviert
  • Sie verfügen über Einfühlungsvermögen bei der Betreuung und Pflege unserer Bewohner:innen
  • Sie haben Freude an der interdisziplinären Teamarbeit
  • Sie engagieren sich für die fachliche Begleitung und Entwicklung Ihrer Kollegen:innen und unterstützen diese kompetent bei der Erweiterung ihrer beruflichen Fähigkeiten.
  • Sie bringen Freude an der Umsetzung einer guten Pflegequalität mit
