The posting

Für das chirurgische Ambulatorium am Standort Waid suchen wir per 1. Januar 2027 eine vielseitige Persönlichkeit. Es erwartet dich ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet mit regelmässigen Arbeitszeiten.

Aufgaben ##

  • Du führst eine optimale und effiziente Wundversorgung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem ärztlichen Dienst durch.
  • Du legst selbstständig Gips-, Spezial- und Fixationsverbände sowie verschiedene Ruhigstellungsverbände an.
  • Du übernimmst Blutentnahmen und assistierst bei Infiltrationen sowie kleinchirurgischen Eingriffen - inklusive Vorbereitung der erforderlichen Materialien und Instrumente.
  • Du arbeitest mit den ärztlichen Teams und der Administration zusammen und trägst aktiv zur Optimierung von Abläufen bei.

Profil ##

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH, mit Fachvertiefung im Wundmanagement und/oder Immobilisationstherapie oder Nachdiplomstudium HF Notfallpflege
  • Bereitschaft den Fachbereich Immobilisationstherapie/ Wundmanagement zu erlernen oder zu vertiefen, je nach Ausganglage und Grundkenntnisse
  • Flexibilität und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit sowie am Patientenkontakt
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und präzise Arbeitsweise
