Dipl. Pflegefachperson Stationäre Onkologie / Palliative Care 40\-80% ======================================================================

Die Klinik Arlesheim ist ein führendes Zentrum für integrative Medizin. Seit über 100 Jahren kombinieren wir die Schulmedizin erfolgreich mit der Anthroposophischen Medizin. Die Medizin wird ergänzt durch umfassende Therapien und eine individuelle Pflege.

Stationär betreuen wir rund 90 Patientinnen und Patienten in den Bereichen Onkologie, Innere Medizin und Psychiatrie. Ergänzt wird unser Angebot durch eine onkologische Tagesklinik und weitere ambulante Angebote wie die hausärztliche Medizin und neun fachärztliche Ambulanzen. Rund um die sind wir für unsere Patientinnen und Patienten da, sei es in unserem 24/7 Notfall mit Walk\-in und Intermediate Care (IMC/Überwachungsstation) oder durch die akutmedizinische Versorgung zuhause (Spital zuhause).

Angeschlossen an unsere Apotheken (Spital\- und öffentliche Apotheke), produzieren wir im eigenen Heilmittellabor in sorgfältiger Handarbeit Arzneien nach GMP\-kleine Mengen\-Richtlinien.

Zur Ergänzung unseres Pflegeteams für die stationäre Onkologie und spezialisierte Palliativ Care suchen wir ab sofort

Dipl. Pflegefachperson 40\-80%

Aufgabenprofil:

  • Fachgerechte und personzentrierte Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten im Bereich der spezialisierten Palliative Care und integrativen Onkologie
  • Organisation und Durchführung der diagnostischen und therapeutischen Verordnungen, inclusive Verabreichung von Chemo\- und Immuntherapien, erweitert durch Äussere Anwendungen wie Wickel/Auflagen und Rhythmische Einreibungen nach Wegman/Hauschka
  • Mitarbeit bei der Betreuung von Lernenden und Studierenden auf der Abteilung
  • Ziel\- und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit in einem interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam
  • Einsatz im 3\-Schicht\-Betrieb

Sie bringen bitte mit:

Sie haben eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als dipl. Pflegefachperson HF und sind offen für unser integratives Behandlungs\- und Therapiekonzept. In diesem Sinne bringen Sie Interesse an der Anthroposophischen Pflege und Medizin mit. Sie verfügen über einen einfühlsamen und wertschätzenden Umgang mit Patientinnen und Patienten sowie deren Angehörigen. Gleichfalls legen Sie Wert auf eine teamorientierte und interprofessionelle Arbeitsweise. Sie sind sich Ihrer eigenen bewusst und verfügen über die Fähigkeit situationsangemessenen Handelns und Verhaltens. Idealerweise haben Sie Erfahrung in der Onkologie Pflege oder im Palliative Care Bereich.
