Ihr zukünftiger Arbeitgeber ist eine Institution der Langzeitpflege im Berner Oberland. Gesucht wird eine Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH, die neben der professionellen Pflege auch Verantwortung in der stellvertretenden Teamleitung übernimmt. Die Funktion verbindet fachliche Kompetenz, Organisation und Führung mit dem direkten Kontakt zu den Bewohnenden.

Ihre Aufgaben beim neuen Arbeitgeber

  • Bei Abwesenheit der Teamleitung übernehmen Sie die fachliche und organisatorische Führung und sorgen für einen gut koordinierten Pflegealltag 
  • Sie stellen eine professionelle und individuelle Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden sicher und wirken bei der Weiterentwicklung der Pflegequalität mit 
  • Lernende begleiten Sie fachlich im Arbeitsalltag und unterstützen sie beim Aufbau ihrer Kompetenzen 
  • Im Austausch mit Mitarbeitenden, Angehörigen und interdisziplinären Fachpersonen bringen Sie Ihre pflegerische Expertise ein

  • Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH oder eine gleichwertige anerkannte Ausbildung 
  • Berufserfahrung in der Langzeitpflege sowie idealerweise erste Führungserfahrung bringen Sie mit
