Für eine Bettenstation Chirurgie am Standort Triemli suchen wir per 1\. Oktober 2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, welche die Teamentwicklung und den Aufbau aktiv unterstützt.

Aufgaben

  • Du bist zuständig für die Planung und Durchführung der Pflege anhand des Pflegeprozesses sowie von Richtlinien und Weisungen.
  • Die Verantwortung der patientenzentrierten Dokumentation des Arbeits\- und Pflegeprozesses und die korrekte Leistungserfassung liegt in deinem Zuständigkeitsbereich.
  • Du trägst aktiv zur konstruktiven interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit bei und arbeitest mit hoher Dienstleistungsqualität.
  • Du wirkst mit bei der Verbesserung der Pflegequalität und \-entwicklung.
  • Du bist mitverantwortlich für die Betreuung der Auszubildenden und Einführung neuer Mitarbeitenden.

Profil

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Berufserfahrung auf einer chirurgischen Bettenstation in einem Schweizer Akutspital von Vorteil
  • Selbständige und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägtes Qualitäts\- und Dienstleistungsbewusstsein
  • Bereichsübergreifendes Verständnis und wirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
  • Freude an der Arbeit in einem komplexen und anspruchsvollen Fachgebiet
  • Freundliche und gepflegte Umgangsformen
