Wir sind ein renommiertes Gesundheitsunternehmen in der Region Bern und suchen eine engagierte und flexible diplomierte Pflegefachperson (m/w/d) für Spontaneinsätze in unserem CarePeople Notfallpool in verschiedenen Fachbereichen, darunter Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege und Psychiatrie. Sie haben die Möglichkeit, in unterschiedlichen Einrichtungen und Teams tätig zu sein, und können so Ihre Fachkenntnisse in verschiedenen Bereichen erweitern.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson (HF, FH oder gleichwertig)
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege und/oder Psychiatrie von Vorteil
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Spontaneinsätzen
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Teamfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
  • Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Aufgaben ##

  • Pflege und Betreuung von Patient:innen in den Bereichen Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege und Psychiatrie
  • Individuelle Pflegeplanung und -dokumentation
  • Unterstützung der Patient:innen bei der Bewältigung ihrer alltäglichen Herausforderungen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzte:innen, Therapeut:innen und anderen Fachpersonen
  • Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität und Einhaltung von Pflegeprozessen
  • Gegebenenfalls Vertretung von Pflegefachpersonen in den verschiedenen Bereichen
