Pflegefachpersonen für einen zeitlich begrenzten Einsatz auf einer fachlich gemischten chirurgischen Abteilung

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Sie verfügen über ein Diplom als Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • Offenheit und Flexibilität sind für Sie kein Problem
  • Sie sind auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen belastbar
  • Sie treten freundlich und wertschätzend auf
  • Sie verstehen sich als Unterstützung für ein bestehendes Team
  • Sie arbeiten zuverlässig und sind loyal

Aufgaben ##

  • Zusammen mit dem Team sind Sie für den reibungslosen Ablauf auf der Abteilung zuständig
  • Sie betreuen die Ihnen zugeteilten Patienten ganzheitlich und führen Arztvisiten durch
  • Medizinalteschnische Verrichtungen fallen Ihnen nicht schwer, denn Sie haben Routine
  • Ihre Pflege halten Sie vorschriftsmässig in der Patientendokumentation fest

Es bietet sich eine gute Möglichkeit, eine andere Klinik und andere Vorgehensweisen kennen zu lernen. Sie müssen nicht zweisprachig sein, es reicht, wenn Sie Deutsch oder Französisch beherrschen - mündlich und schriftlich.
