Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF, FH oder gleichwertig
  • Erfahrung in der Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege oder Psychiatrie von Vorteil
  • Teamorientierung, Flexibilität und Eigenverantwortung.
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit in unterschiedlichen Diensten (Tag, Nacht, Spät).

Aufgaben ##

  • Fachgerechte Pflege und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten in den Bereichen Langzeitpflege, Akutpflege und Psychiatrie (Fachbereiche werden im pers. Gespräch definiert)
  • Verantwortung für die Durchführung der Pflegeplanung sowie die Dokumentation.
  • Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team zur Sicherstellung einer optimalen Versorgung.
  • Flexible Einsatzplanung nach Wunsch der Mitarbeitenden, inkl. Tagdiensten, Nachtdiensten und Spätdiensten. (an Ihre Verfügbarkeit angepasst)
