Dein Verantwortungsbereich:

Sie sind verantwortlich, dass die Arbeiten auf unseren Baustellen termingerecht, effizient und qualitativ einwandfrei ausgeführt werden. Mit Ihrem unternehmerischen Denken und Planen koordinieren Sie Ihre Arbeit selbstständig und führen Ihr engagiertes Team durch die täglichen Herausforderungen. Neuste Techniken und ein moderner Maschinenpark unterstützen Sie in der täglichen Arbeit.

Deine Kompetenzen:

  • Abgeschlossene Grundbildung im Strassen\- und Tiefbau oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Laufende oder abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum / zur VorarbeiterIn / PolierIn
  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung im Strassen\- und Tiefbau
  • Effiziente, kundenorientierte und selbständige Arbeitsweise mit Weitsicht
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Teamplayer mit Hands\-on Mentalität
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit BIM (von Vorteil)
