Auf dem modernen Campus in Nottwil erwartet dich eine inspirierende Atmosphäre und interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit auf Augenhöhe. Der Leistungsbereich Sozial- und Peerberatung stellt den Querschnittgelähmten in allen Landesregionen umfassende Unterstützung zur Verfügung. Die Beratungen finden an unserem Standort in Nottwil, teilweise in Kliniken, bei den Klienten zu Hause oder telefonisch statt. Wir beraten zu Fragen bezüglich Sozialversicherungen, Finanzen, Wohnsituation, Beschäftigung oder zu persönlichen Themen. Zur Erweiterung unseres Teams Soziale Arbeit suchen wir eine empathische und fachlich versierte Persönlichkeit.

Das sind deine Aufgaben

  • Psychosoziale Beratung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit einer Querschnittlähmung oder querschnittähnlichen Diagnosen sowie deren Angehörige
  • Abklärung von Ansprüchen im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen und Sicherstellung der wirtschaftlichen Existenzgrundlage
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung und Einreichung von Gesuchen an Sozialversicherungen und Stiftungen
  • Begleitung in herausfordernden Lebenssituationen und Veränderungsprozessen (z. B. berufliche Neuorientierung, Trennung, Übergang ins AHV-Alter)
  • Förderung der Autonomie der Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit involvierten Stellen und Partnerorganisationen
  • Verfassen von Fachbeiträgen für die eigenen Medien

Das zeichnet dich aus

  • Du verfügst über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialer Arbeit FH/BSC mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung
  • Du bringst fundiertes Wissen im Bereich der Sozialversicherungen mit
  • Du gestaltest deine Arbeit flexibel und eigenverantwortlich - auch im privaten Setting bei deinen Klienten zu Hause
  • Du bringst dein Wissen und deine Erfahrungen gerne in Projekte ein
  • Dein Deutsch ist stilsicher, Französisch- und/oder Englisch-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Du schätzt die Arbeit in einem interdisziplinären Team
