Für unseren Standort Aarberg suchen wir eine:n engagierte:n Sozialarbeiter:in. Als Teil des interprofessionellen Behandlungsteams beraten Sie Patient:innen und Angehörige bei Fragen zum Spitalaustritt, zu sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüchen und zu den sozialen Folgen gesundheitlicher Einschränkungen. Sie unterstützen zudem bei finanziellen Fragestellungen, erschliessen materielle Ressourcen und vermitteln bei Bedarf an spezialisierte Fachstellen.

**Das erwartet Sie**

* Beratung und Begleitung von Patient:innen und Angehörigen während des Spitalaufenthalts sowie Planung und Koordination von Austritts- und Nachsorgelösungen * Klärung von sozialversicherungsrechtlichen Ansprüchen (z. B. Unfallversicherung, IV, Ergänzungsleistungen) * Zusammenarbeit und fallbezogene Koordination mit externen Behörden, weiteren Institutionen des Gesundheitswesens und spezialisierten Beratungsstellen * Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit mit den Behandlungsteams sowie Beratung der Kliniken in sozialarbeiterischen Fragestellungen * Hauptarbeitsort Aarberg mit regelmässigen Einsätzen im universitären Setting am Inselspital

**Das bringen Sie mit**

* Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialer Arbeit (BSc/FH) * Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen, in der Sozialhilfe oder im Erwachsenenschutz * Kenntnisse des schweizerischen Sozialversicherungswesens * Fähigkeit im dynamischen Spitalalltag den Überblick zu behalten * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie idealerweise gute Französischkenntnisse (weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse erwünscht) * Freude an der Arbeit im interdisziplinären Behandlungsteam
