Wir sind ein modernes, innovatives Sozialunternehmen, das sich für die psychosoziale Integration von Kindern und Jugendlichen einsetzt.

Für unsere Sozialpädagogische Gemeinschaft (SPG) in Baden AG suchen wir

per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine\*n:

*Dipl. Sozialpädagog\in oder Dipl. Pflegefachperson Psychiatrie** Pensum 60\-80%

In der SPG in Baden bieten wir ein stationäres Angebot für acht Jugendliche im Alter zwischen 12 bis 18 Jahren mit psychiatrischen Indikationen. Sie unterstützen mit Ihren pädagogischen Erfahrungen und Kompetenzen die Jugendlichen sowie deren Systeme in der erfolgreichen Bewältigung ihrer Entwicklungsaufgaben.

Aufgabenbereich

  • Betreuung der Jugendliche im Alltag
  • Fallführung von zwei Jugendlichen
  • Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation mit Eltern, Schule und Behörden
  • Entwicklungsberichte erarbeiten, Gespräche führen, Teilnahme an Verlaufsgesprächen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in Sozialpädagogik HF, Sozialer Arbeit FH oder Dipl. PflegefachpersonPsychiatrie
  • Idealerweise Fachkompetenz im Umgang mit Kindern und Jugendlichen aus belasteten Familiensystemen
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässigen Arbeitszeiten (Nachtpräsenz\- und Wochenenddienste)
