Für eine etablierte soziale Institution in der Region Ostschweiz suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine engagierte Dipl. Sozialpädagogin / einen Dipl. Sozialpädagogen HF/FH 50-100%.

Anforderungsprofil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Sozialpädagogin / Sozialpädagoge HF/FH (bei im Ausland erworbenen Abschlüssen wird die Validation durch das SBFI vorausgesetzt)
  • Erfahrung im Asyl-, Migrations- oder Sozialbereich ist von Vorteil
  • Sie verfügen über eine hohe Sozialkompetenz und begegnen Menschen unterschiedlicher Herkunft offen und wertschätzend
  • Sie arbeiten selbstständig, verantwortungsbewusst und behalten auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
  • Sie bringen Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und eine gute Selbstreflexion mit

Aufgaben ##

  • Sie beraten und begleiten Einzelpersonen sowie Familien im Alltag
  • Sie fördern die Selbstständigkeit, Integration und gesellschaftliche Teilhabe der betreuten Personen
  • Sie unterstützen bei sozialen, organisatorischen und administrativen Anliegen
  • Sie übernehmen Verantwortung im Betreuungsprozess und begleiten auch herausfordernde Situationen professionell
  • Sie arbeiten vertieft mit Behörden, Schulen und weiteren Netzwerkpartnern zusammen
