Wir bieten eine spannende Aufgabe für ein halbes Jahr!

Der Neuhof in Birr ist eine von Bund und Kanton getragene koedukative Institution mit 48 Wohnplätzen für Jugendliche im Alter von 15 bis 25 Jahren. Die jungen Menschen befinden sich in einer zivil- oder jugendstrafrechtlichen Massnahme oder in einer beruflichen Massnahme der IV. Das breite Wohn-, Schul- und Ausbildungsangebot dient der sozialen und beruflichen Integration der Klientinnen und Klienten.

Für unsere dezentral gelegene Wohngruppe für junge Frauen  mit acht Plätzen suchen wir zur Ergänzung unseres Teams befristet für das erste Halbjahr 2027 eine

dipl. Sozialpädagogin 60 - 80 % ##

Ihr Profil:

  • eine der folgenden abgeschlossene Ausbildungen: HF-Diplom in Sozialpädagogik oder als Pflegefachperson FH-Diplom in Sozialer Arbeit oder Pflege Uni-Abschluss in Sozialer Arbeit, Sozialpädagogik, klinischer Heilpädagogik, Erziehungswissenschaften, Psychologie oder Sozialwissenschaften
  • innovative, reife Persönlichkeit, Mindestalter 25
  • Erfahrung in der stationären Arbeit mit dissozialen Jugendlichen
  • hohe Beziehungs- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
  • ausgeprägte Sozialkompetenz
  • Freude an kreativen Tätigkeiten (Garten, Handwerk, Malen)
  • Bereitschaft zu unregelmässiger Arbeitszeit, auch an Wochenenden
  • Führerausweis Kat. B

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Begleitung und Betreuung von bis zu acht jungen Frauen im Team von vier bis fünf Sozialpädagoginnen/-pädagogen unter Umsetzung unseres pädagogisch-therapeutischen Konzepts
  • Erstellen und Umsetzen von ressourcenorientierten Förderplanungen und Berichten im Rahmen der Bezugspersonenarbeit
  • interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Fachbereichen sowie mit Eltern und Behörden
  • Erledigung aller administrativen Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit den Klientensystemen der zugeteilten Jugendlichen
