The posting

Der Medizinische Dienst stellt die medizinische Versorgung der uns anvertrauten Kinder, Jugendlichen und Erwachsenen rund um die Uhr sicher. Er bietet dem Betreuungspersonal professionelle Beratung sowie Unterstützung und ist im direkten Kontakt mit den Klientinnen und Klienten. 

Darauf können Sie sich freuen

  • Führung, Beratung und Entscheidung bei pflegerischen sowie medizinischen Fragestellungen auf den Wohngruppen, für Kinder und Erwachsene
  • Erste Hilfe bei Medizinischen Notfällen von Klienten, Personal und Besuchern
  • Organisation und Sicherstellung der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Stiftungsarzt, den Fachärzten wie auch externen Fachstellen
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachbereichen
  • Zuständig für die korrekte Ausführung ärztlicher Verordnungen
  • Selbständige Durchführung der Behandlungspflege
  • Mitwirkung im Pflegeprozesses der Klientinnen und Klienten
  • Führung einer sauberen und lückenlosen Verlaufsdokumentation im easyDOK
